All of our merchandise is made to order, which helps us stay sustainable. We don't have to hold on to unwanted inventory. Most items ship out within 3 to 5 business days and sometimes sooner! Shipping:
All of our merchandise ships via standard USPS which normally takes anywhere from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. We use manufacturers in NC, WI, FL, SD and NY. If you need expedited shipping, please let us know by emailing hello@shopquoteson.com with your name and order number.

Return Policy:
You have 14 days from the day you receive your merchandise to initiate a return. The item must be unworn and fully intact. We will credit you in the original form of payment minus the shipping fees. Please email hello@shopquoteson.com with "Return + Order#" in the subject.
Holiday Return Policy
If you place an order between November 21 to December 31, you will have 45 days to initiate a return from the day the item was received.

If you choose store credit or an even exchange, you will receive free shipping for the returned item. Return shipping is a flat fee of $9.99 and will be deducted from your refund.
